Describing his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoygu’s visit to Tehran as a turning point in Iran-Russia relations particularly in army and technical fields, Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan officially accepted Russia's invitation to attend 2015 International Security Conference held in Moscow.
Dehghan emphasized the need to be committed to the obligations described in the agreement on defensive cooperation and announced the deal as a forward step in Tehran-Moscow ties.
